5.What shipping methods do you use?

Shipping methods are selected by our warehouse in order to get you your item in a quick, reliable way. As Wrightmic has warehouses worldwide, shipping methods depend on the destination address. Orders shipping to an address within the USA are generally shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. In UK or Europe we ship via Royal Mail, and in Hong Kong we ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or China Post.

6.What should I do if my product doesn’t work as expected after receiving it?

7.I’ve returned my items. How soon will I receive my refund?

In most cases, returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned package. Refunds can generally be expected within 24 hours of the return being processed.
